Each apartment comes with 2 free bicycles, allowing you to get to every corner of town fast - just like a local!
Another huge plus that is a rare find in Tel Aviv is having your own private balcony!
All of our flats have Air Conditioners and spacious living rooms (when not served as an extra sleeping space) with TVs in both living room and bedrooms, high speed Wi-Fi networks, and fully suited kitchens to make anything from a small snack to a full meal.
Each flat also has a laundry machine (washer) with detergent for you to use, and a drying rack.
We provide towels, beach towels, linen, and soap/shampoo upon check in. Our apartments are self catered, meaning the cleaning during the stay is on you - however a cleaner for a small extra fee is available to refresh the apartment, linen and towels.

VAT Tax
- The price given on the website excludes VAT Tax of 17% that will apply on Israeli citizens (except Eilat) and Israel permanent residences.
- Tourists and Isralis that reside outside of Israel are charged with 0% VAT tax, that subjects to providing a passport copy in advance.

Bikes usage:
- Our bikes are provided free of charge, however by using them you agree that if they get damaged beyond normal and natural malfunctions, or if they get stolen due to negligence, you will be charged with 700 shekels per bike.
- If you have a flat tire, or any issue that prevent you from using riding them back to the property - it is your responsibility to bring them back in anyway possible. If you won't be able, a mover's fee of 200 shekels will be charged.
- If you find any issue with the bikes that prevent using them, please let us know to tlvbeach@cntrlstay.com and we will replace or fix them for you.
